Guyana

Guyana is a former British colony in the northern part of South-America. Guyana is a true nature destination. Some of the biggest attractions in the country are the Kaieteur Falls and the Iwokrama Rainforest Reserve.

In the capital Georgetown there are a few interesting museums such as the National Museum of Guyana and the Walter Roth Museum of Anthropology. In the city you can find the St George’s Cathedral which is one of the biggest wooden buildings.
