Phuket Patong Bus Station

The Patong bus station or bus stop is located on the southern part of Patong Beach on Phuket Island. It is located directly on the beach across the street from the Merlin Hotel. Here you can take the regular bus to Phuket City Bus Station. This is the cheapest way to travel on Phuket. The bus looks like a lorry truck. You can just jump on and pay the fare when the bus driver asks you to.

The first bus to Phuket City leaves at 07:00 and the last one at 17:00. The last bus from Phuket city to Patong leaves at 18:00.The bus goes every 30 minutes. The fare from Patong to Phuket City will cost between 25 and 45 baht depending your destination. There are no bus stops along the route so you need to wave to the bus at the street to make them stop.
