Airlines like Air Asia, Bangkok Airways and Thai Airways offer daily flights from Bangkok (Suvarnabhumi) to Krabi International Airport (KBV). Air Asia often has good promotions if you book in advance.
By Bus
In the northern part of Krabi Town you will find the Krabi Bus Terminal. There are air-conditioned buses leaving Bangkok to Krabi daily in the evening from the Southern Bus Terminal to Krabi town. The trip from Bangkok to Krabi takes about 12 hours.

By Train
There is no direct train to Krabi, but you can take a train from Bangkok's Hualamphong Station to Phun Phin Train Station in Surathani. From there local busses go directly to Krabi town. The trip takes around 3 hrs.
If you are in Surathani city you can go from the Talaat Kaset 2 Bus station to Krabi town with AC. Bus or Mini Van. The trip with the minivan takes 2hrs and 30 min and cost around 140 baht. Can be book from Travel agencies.
Once in Krabi Town you can take a long tail boat that will bring you to your destination and price depends on the distance.
