Koh Samui
Koh Samui is an Island in the Gulf of Thailand. It is the third largest island in Thailand and known for its nice beaches. Just north of Koh Samui you will find Koh Phangan Island.

In recent years Koh Samui has developed a lot of more upscale resorts. The most popular Samui beaches are all located on the east coast of the island and are Chaweng beach, Lamai beach and Big Buddha beach.

Na Thon
Na Thon is the biggest city on Koh Samui. This is where most ferries to Koh Samui arrive. Most people move on when they arrive in Na Thon to other beaches.
Ang Thong Marine National Park
About 35 kilometers east from Koh Samui lays the Ang Thong Marine National Park. A cluster of about 40 islands. The beauty of these islands inspired Alex Garland to write his book “The Beach”.
