In Tonsai village, where the ferries arrive you can find guesthouses and hotels in any price range. Other options are the beaches at Hat Hin Khom and Long beach. Hat Hin Khom is just a short walk from Tonsai village, Long Beach is better accessible by long tail boat.

If you are looking for a bit more upscale lodging you can try one of the hotels at the Northern part of the island at Hat Leam Thong. The only way to get to Hat Leam Thong is by long tail boat.

Mind you that during high season it is better to arrange lodging before you go to the island as it can get pretty crowded. It is strictly forbidden to sleep on the beach, so that is not an option.
