Koh Phi Phi Ton Sai Village

 

Ton Sai on Koh Phi Phi Don is a busy village where everybody who comes to the Phi Phi islands arrives on the pier. Ton Sai village is situated on a stretch of land about 300 meters wide with on one side the ferry pier and the other side Ao Lo Dalam Beach.

 

At the pier where you arrive you can find several travel agencies. It is not a bad idea to arrange transport back to the mainland directly when you arrive. On the mainland people always try to sell you return tickets. That is not necessary as one way tickets to the mainland are generally cheaper then tickets to the island.

In the centre of the village you can find most restaurants, bars, dive shops and souvenir shops. If you are planning to go and dive it is wise to just have a look around first before you chose a dive shop. There are plenty of them.

 

Our tip: Go to the View Point at sunset and you will get the opportunity to maybe make one of the best pictures of your holiday.
