Cha-Am

 

Cha-Am is located just 25 kilometers north of Hua Hin. It has a nice long sandy beach and is a lot less busy then Hua Hin. Cha-Am is mainly a retreat for the people from Bangkok to spend their weekends.

North of the beach you can find the beautiful Wat Neranchararama, with its six armed Buddha. Most restaurants can be found along the coast in and around the hotels.

If you are planning to stay a few nights in Cha-Am it might be handy to know that the prices of the hotels might be considerably lower during the week.
