Singapore is an island state on the Southern tip of the Malay peninsula. There are a total of 63 islands with Singapore island at the centre. Combining the skyscrapers and subways of a modern, affluent city with a tropical climate, with tasty food, good shopping and a vibrant nightlife scene, this Garden City makes a great stopover or springboard into the region.

Sentosa is an island South of Singapore Island. It is a recreational playground filled with attractions such as theme parks, museums and beach bars. The Sentosa express is a monorail that connects the mainland with Sentosa Island.
There are a few interesting luxury hotels in Singapore, such as the Raffles and the Marina Bay Sands that are worth visiting, even if you don’t stay there.
