Le Cafe in Siem Reap, Cambodia is located in the garden of the French Cultural Center in the Wat Bo Area on Street 22 between Achar Svay Street and Wat Bo Road.

Le Cafe is part of a larger development project of the Ecole d’Hôtellerie et de Tourisme Paul Dubrule. The aim of Le Café is to display and sell the products made by the students who are training in the culinary arts program in their school. 

 (The French Cultural Center has provided its garden to build Le Café)

It is a place as comfortable and relaxing as any other in Siem Reap where the former students of Paul Dubrule School also have the opportunity to practice the skills they have learned. They cook western dishes reworked with a local approach. There is also salads, snacks and a daily menu.

All income is entirely reversed into the NGO and contributes to the self financing of the Ecole Paul Dubrule educational project.
