Phnom Penh
The capital city Phnom Penh is the largest city in the Kingdom of Cambodia and beautifully set on the Mekong River banks. Popular city sights include the National Museum, the Royal Palace as well as historical sites from the Khmer Rouge period like the Killing Fields and the genocide museum Tuol Sleng. Phnom Penh also offers a good selection of restaurants and bars.
Siem Reap
Highlight of any visit to Southeast Asia is Siem Reap, the gateway to the world famous temples of Angkor and to the great lake Tonle Sap.

North-western Cambodia
The north-western part of Cambodia is bordering Thailand with Poipet as the most popular border crossing for overland travel between the two countries. The UNESCO World Heritage temple Preah Vihear situated atop a cliff in the Dangrek Mountains offers breathtaking views.
Eastern Cambodia
Characterized by the Mekong River making its way south from Laos and the jungled mountains along the border with Vietnam the region is perfect for nature lovers. Trek through hill tribe villages in Ratanakiri, visit an elephant project in Mondulkiri or watch the rare freshwater dolphins in Kratie.

Southern Cambodia
With a coastline of more than 440 kilometers and plenty unspoiled islands Southern Cambodia is ideal for a beach break and fresh seafood. The most popular beach town is Sihanoukville but also check out the gems Kampot and Kep. With several National Parks and the Cardamom mountains in Koh Kong the region is also great for trekking and eco-tourism.
