The Intarnational Airport (REP) is located 6 kilometers west of the city of Siem Reap in Cambodia. It is directly on National Road No 6 or Airport Road. It is just a five minutes drive from Angkor Wat in the Angkor Archaeological Park.

Transfer time to the Old Market Area in the centre of Siem Reap is between 15 and 20 minutes depending on traffic. Minivan, taxi cars and Motorcycle taxis to town can be arranged at the ticket desk, which is located right after the doors coming out from the arrival hall. Remoks are a bit harder to find and often they wait outside the airport area at the street.
ATM machines, mobile phone shops, a pharmacy and currency exchange can be found at the International arrival and departure halls. At all cash dispensers US dollars can be withdrawn and major debit and credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, Cirrus are accepted.
